Logo design for the young and dynamic Artho Eksteen fashion label. Artho Eksteen is a fashion designer based in Cape Town and the winner of the 2021 SA Fashion Week New Talent Search Competition. A small start-up fashion brand established in 2020 with a focus on place womenswear. The design usually places focus on surface embellishments, fabrication and details. The clothes take inspiration from classical design styles and silhouettes and regularly feature off-beat and often quirky elements. The garments often take on a more experimental and artful approach. Artho loves to use Eco-friendly and organic fabrics for his designs.  I thoroughly enjoyed working on this logo design. Logo design for a creative and proactive group of women from all over Africa who do beadwork in various traditions to sell at markets and also on their brand new website. Bulungu means beads. This project involved logo design for a new artist route for the Open Studios Kommetjie artists. I also did various marketing elements like a map, DL flyers, street pole posters, banners and artist boards to indicate studio addresses.
